Fatimah bint Muhammad was the youngest daughter of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and wife of Ali ibn Abi Talib, and is remembered across the Muslim world for her devotion, patience, and quiet dignity through the hardships of the early Muslim community. She is especially revered in Shia Islam, and her descendants through her sons Hasan and Husayn are honoured across the wider Muslim world.
