Aisha bint Abu Bakr, daughter of the first caliph Abu Bakr, became one of the Prophet Muhammad's ﷺ wives and went on to become one of the most important scholars in early Islam. She narrated a vast number of hadith after the Prophet's death and is remembered as a formidable source of knowledge on Islamic law, history, and the Prophet's daily life and teachings.
